Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative role at arenaflex is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and support. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients
- Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, ensuring seamless patient care
- Conduct numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies
- Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gaining patient and order information
- Utilize knowledge of insurance, health care, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education
- Perform routine assessment and problem identification, escalating issues to a pharmacist as necessary
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone
- 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application
- Must reside in the state of Nevada
- Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and health care concepts
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar technology
