**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Provide product information and help customers resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
* Up-sell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Basic computer skills and experience
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
* MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
