**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* **Handling and Responding to Customer Inquiries**: Carefully respond to all customer inquiries, finding innovative ways to address varying questions, issues, and concerns.
* **Providing Excellent Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
* **Working with Confidential Customer Information**: Treat customer information with sensitivity and confidentiality.

**Qualifications**

**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you will need:
