**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our members by answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and helping them navigate their health insurance and prescription benefits

* Participate in our comprehensive training program, which includes 6 weeks of on-site training and ongoing support
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service to our members
* Stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
* Computer experience with Windows-based applications
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
* Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
* Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
* Reliability and compliance with certain standards
