**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support and assistance to our customers and drivers. You'll be the go-to expert for all things arenaflex, guiding customers through any aspect of their delivery experience. Your goal will be to achieve a 100% answered rate, ensuring that every customer call is handled efficiently and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer customer calls with a smile, providing exceptional support and assistance with inquiries
* Be agile and flexible, assisting with tasks such as chats, outbound calls, and delivery dispatching when required
* Become a arenaflex expert, fully supporting customers and guiding them through any aspect of their delivery experience
* Ensure clear and effective communication to address any customer concerns or issues
* Collaborate with the team to provide feedback and improve the customer call experience
**What You Need to Succeed:**
* A fun personality, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Top-notch customer service skills
* Proficient in G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets)
* Ability to work occasional weekends
