**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Taking over closed deals and assisting clients with onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and setting the stage for a long-term partnership
* Providing fast-paced and uninterrupted support to clients via email or phone, as needed, to address their queries and concerns

**Requirements / Must Have**
