Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a healthcare or health insurance setting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
- General working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, with computer keyboard proficiency and internet navigation skills.
