Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As the "Voice of Moen," you will provide world-class customer service to our consumers, answering product, installation, and warranty questions. You will receive over 200 hours of paid virtual training in Moen products to ensure you are ready to assist our customers. This is a 100% remote opportunity, and we provide all the necessary equipment for you to be successful.
