We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime. You will have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. In terms of earnings, contract rates vary by client, but you can expect to earn between $14 and $20 per hour. Additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics, providing opportunities for growth and development.

As a freelance customer service representative, you will be considered an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings, and you will be required to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
