Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to and resolving Neighbor inquiries and concerns via phone and email in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
• Collaborating with stores and the field management team to resolve Neighbor complaints and issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of Neighbor interactions, including phone and email correspondence.
• Providing reporting on Neighbor inquiries and time to resolution.
• Identifying opportunities to improve Neighbor retention through exceptional service and support.
• Staying up-to-date on company services, promotions, and programs to provide accurate information to Neighbors.
• Handling product recalls and advising Neighbors on company information.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:

• A High school diploma; degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
• Strong customer service orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office products, with solid data entry skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
