**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, your typical day will involve:
* Making and taking customer phone calls to qualify leads and transfer them to sales representatives
* Using scripts to guide conversations and ensure a positive customer experience
* Recording information on consumer conversations using blithequark's systems
* Working with different clients and campaigns to deliver exceptional results
* Providing quality customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
* Experience working with computers and a quiet workspace that's free from noise or distractions
* Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
* Military sensitivity is a plus, but not required
* Must live in Texas
