You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, your typical day will involve: * Making and taking customer phone calls to qualify leads and transfer them to sales representatives * Using scripts to guide conversations and ensure a positive customer experience * Recording information on consumer conversations using blithequark's systems * Working with different clients and campaigns to deliver exceptional results * Providing quality customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude * Experience working with computers and a quiet workspace that's free from noise or distractions * Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required * Military sensitivity is a plus, but not required * Must live in Texas **Technical Requirements** * Computer: Windows-based Desktop or Laptop PC ONLY (Apple/Mac, Tablets, Smart devices, Chromebook, and Android systems are NOT compatible) * Operating System: Windows 10 * Screen Requirements: Minimum required screen resolution is 1366x768 * RAM: 4 GB (minimum) * CPU Processor Speed: Dual Core 2 GHz (minimum) * Free Disk Space: 20 GB (minimum) * USB Ports: 2 available (minimum) * USB Headset: Logitech H390 or equivalent * Mouse: Standard mouse.
