At blithequark, we pride ourselves on our dynamic and supportive work environment. Our office, located in Coppell, TX, serves as a hub for collaboration and innovation. We adopt a hybrid work model, combining the benefits of in-office interactions with the flexibility of remote work. This model includes 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.
Initially, you will undergo 4 weeks of paid training, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Following the training period, you will transition into our hybrid schedule, with specific hours allocated as follows:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a $40,000 base salary, eligibility for overtime, bi-annual bonuses, and an annual equity grant. Any hours worked beyond 40 hours per week are eligible for overtime pay, reflecting our commitment to recognizing and rewarding your hard work and dedication.
