Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will enjoy the flexibility of telecommuting from anywhere within the U.S., working on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to incoming calls from customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries related to home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits. You will be required to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM CST, with occasional overtime, including a 6th day and one weekend day shift, during peak seasons or as deemed necessary by business needs.
