**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Houston, TX. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing orders, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing orders for a customer base primarily consisting of those with multiple and small dock shipments (LTL), full truck loads (FTL), and small package shipments (Fed-Ex Ground, UPS, etc.)
* Managing small parcel shipments (<50 lbs), domestic and international; orders and samples; hazardous and nonhazardous
* Creating Bills of Lading (BOLs)
* Communicating with customers via email, phone, fax, etc.
* Communicating with carriers and drivers as needed
* Communicating with Production personnel and Management
* Label printing for orders and shipments
* Data entry required
* Creating and editing various documents in Word
* Creating and editing spreadsheets in Excel
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
* Organized and detailed
* Competent in Word and Excel
* DOT Hazardous Materials certified (we'll provide training)
* Multi-modal (IATA) certified (we'll provide training)
* CVI registered (we'll provide training)
