We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. We prefer candidates with 0-1 year of prior relevant work experience in a call center environment. If you have a strong passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. A Certified Patient Care Representative (CPCR) certification is preferred, but not required. The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $35.29 per hour.
