**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative – Member Services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, or chat. You will be the first point of contact for our members, and you will be responsible for resolving their issues and answering their questions in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for documenting and updating customer information accurately in our system, as well as collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless resolution of issues.
