Key Responsibilities:
- Multichannel Support: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex problems to senior support teams as needed.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research using available resources to provide accurate information to customers, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary administrative work, including call logs, customer records, and other documentation as required.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the support team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as first contact resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of customer inquiries.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and live chat platforms is an asset.
