**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive an outstanding level of support and satisfaction

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-3 years of Call Center experience, retail banking products, and/or Residential Loans experience preferred
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
* Good computer knowledge and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines
* Bilingual candidates preferred but not required
