Key Responsibilities

What You Can Expect

In this full-time hybrid position (40 hours/week), you will be working in-center 3-4 days weekly and remotely from home 1-2 days weekly. You will work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service. You will receive paid training, which you will complete from in-center and home, and additional resources to support you in your role.
