In this multi-faceted role, you will be trained to address a broad range of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing and adjustments, and advanced technical support. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. In this full-time hybrid position (40 hours/week), you will be working in-center 3-4 days weekly and remotely from home 1-2 days weekly. You will work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service. You will receive paid training, which you will complete from in-center and home, and additional resources to support you in your role.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You will need to be adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask will also be essential in this role.
