**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Handling a high volume of calls, chats, and emails, with an average of 50-60 interactions per shift
* Meeting our high standards of customer satisfaction, exceeding customer loyalty, and achieving customer care effectiveness metrics
* Building relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their expectations
* Listening effectively, empathizing with clients, and resolving their concerns in a fair and timely manner
* Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, often in a first-contact resolution approach
* Performing various tasks, such as navigating multiple systems, tabs, and screens to provide accurate and timely responses
* Identifying areas for improvement and sharing feedback with our leadership team to drive continuous growth and development

**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to work in a Windows-based environment or similar

* Ability to pass a background check and comply with all company policies and procedures
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal downtime
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
