As a member of the arenaflex team, you'll be part of a dynamic and innovative organization that's dedicated to making a positive impact on patients' lives. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote Call Center team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling heavy phone volumes, answering patient questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner, and determining resolutions to customer issues while adhering to our client rules and expectations. If you're a quick learner, a team player, and a passionate advocate for exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** * Answer heavy call volume in a remote call center environment * Answer patient questions and address concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner * Forward calls as necessary to alternate billing departments * Determine resolutions to customer issues while adhering to our client rules and expectations * Follow through with all requests, which may require calling alternate parties, emailing or faxing information * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and accurate information to customers **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Answering calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner * Providing accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores **Skills and Experience Required** * Strong computer skills, including basic understanding of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel * Some insurance billing knowledge is preferred, but full training will be provided * Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm * Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced call center environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners * Ability to identify issues, know what questions to ask, and determine solutions * Ability to present information and solutions in a professional and courteous manner * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to multi-task, and organize and prioritize tasks in order to complete all work assigned * Must be punctual and dependable **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a call center or customer service environment * Knowledge of insurance billing and claims processing * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools * Bilingual or multilingual skills **What We Offer** * Competitive salary, commensurate with experience * Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) Plan * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative organization that's dedicated to making a positive impact on patients' lives * Collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes employee growth and development * Ongoing training and development opportunities to improve customer service skills and knowledge * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!
