Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative III at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for patients scheduling heart scans at home. This role is crucial in ensuring that patients receive the highest level of service, support, and care throughout their interaction with our Caption Care services. Operating in a 100% remote environment, you will work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that patient inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Utilize knowledge of blithequark's products and services to provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and offer solutions that meet patient needs.
• Leverage the Caption platform to schedule new appointments, modify or cancel existing ones, and ensure seamless patient scheduling experiences.
• Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a patient's request, including follow-ups to ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Recommend improvements to systems and processes based on insights gathered from call center data to enhance organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Memorize and effectively use scripts for Caption Care services during calls, adapting to situations as necessary to provide personalized support.
• Foster positive relationships with patients by delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and professionalism.
• Meet and exceed daily qualitative and quantitative targets for call volume, service, productivity, and quality, contributing to the overall success of the customer service team.
• Maintain accurate records of daily issues and remedial actions taken using our call-center database, ensuring that data is up-to-date and useful for future reference.
• Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and needs.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
