Job Overview

arenaflex's Customer Care division is hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in the Las Vegas, NV area. We are looking for individuals who are interested in a flexible work schedule and are committed to delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans via inbound calls, providing clear and concise information about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
• Offer solutions to help simplify our members' health care experience, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving their quality of life.
• Utilize computer proficiency in Windows-based applications to efficiently manage member interactions and resolve issues.
• Maintain adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements in all aspects of the role.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on the latest health care trends and arenaflex initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

• 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience.
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must live within 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner.
• Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life.
• Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards.
• Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence.
• Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
• Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.
