This full-time Customer Service Representative position requires an initial 4 weeks of in-person training at our Wading River, NY office, Monday through Friday, from 8am-12pm. After completing the training period, you will have the flexibility to work from home, managing a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and text message inquiries from customers. Your shift will be Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm, with a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 and an expected 40 hours of work per week.
