Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to support our commercial and public sector clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and providing professional representation for some of the most recognizable brands in the world. Key Responsibilities
- Listen to and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide exceptional customer service
- Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customers and drive revenue growth
- Explain and position products and processes when interacting with customers to ensure a thorough understanding of our services

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have experience with data-entry utilizing a computer and the ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Have excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Be able to read and speak English fluently
- Have a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)
- Be highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Be able to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Have an aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation to ensure effective issue resolution
- Be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious) with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support in a contact center environment
- State or Federal work experience
