About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a customer service professional to work from the comfort of their own home, with a reliable internet connection, and contribute to the success of our loan servicing operations. The ideal candidate will be available to work a schedule that includes three days, two evenings, and Saturday mornings, and must be based remotely in one of the following states: FL, IL, IN, MO, SC, VA. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
