**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and chat support. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with customers, both in English and Spanish (bilingualism is a plus)
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our CRM system
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
* Work in a remote setting, with regular virtual meetings and check-ins with the team
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, professional, and friendly voice
* Excellent listening comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer concerns
* Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual in Spanish and English (a plus)
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center environment
* Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
