About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering superior customer support, resolving conflicts, and driving business growth through upselling and cross-selling our products and services. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, answering their queries, and providing them with exceptional service that exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Resolve customer complaints and conflicts in a professional and decisive manner
- Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to meet customer needs and drive business growth
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers about our products and services
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services
- Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
- Meet and exceed performance targets and metrics
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or up to one-year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve conflicts in a professional and decisive manner
- Foundational sales skills and ability to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
- Written and verbal communication skills for professional business interactions
- Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media applications (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Ability to learn and apply general knowledge of our company, products, and services
- Ability to read, comprehend, and adhere to instructions, processes, and procedures
- Keen attention to detail and mathematical skills to calculate (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) in all units of measure
- Good organizational and time management skills, including punctuality for on-time attendance

- Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
