**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Acting as the focal point of information between staff, students, and parents
* Handling all incoming calls, new and existing clients, and taking messages
* Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
* Reporting issues to Directors and contributing to the growth and development of our institution
* Developing, implementing, and perfecting office systems and procedures
* Reading and responding to work-related emails
* Answering phone calls and directing callers to the appropriate contact
* Maintaining and managing company calendars, appointments, and client schedules
* Scheduling appointments for Directors
* Organizing and composing office correspondence, documents, and reports
* Supporting sales and production efforts
* Posting company-related content on social media platforms
* Sending communication, such as thank you notes and referral gifts
* Reviewing upcoming schedules with Directors
* Participating in staff meetings as needed
* Ensuring the company's public image is consistent and in line with our branding
* Providing marketing assistance
**Skill Qualifications**
