Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and productive.
- Ascertain the nature of the call and record information in the Communication Log, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
- Utilize proprietary arenaflex systems to look up member information and provide personalized support and guidance.
- Forward logs requiring further research to the appropriate department, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more complex issue, such as claims or authorizations, and ensure that all customers receive the support they need.
- Manage time effectively to ensure that calls are answered within required timeframes, and appropriate follow-up is done in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position.
- Document all calls appropriately, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
- Attend weekly staff and other meetings to discuss issues, foster teamwork among department personnel, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations.
- Respond to requests for internal and external customers and/or clients, as required, providing exceptional support and service to all stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
