Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Admin-Clerical Support, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, incorporating expert communication skills to assure the highest level of customer service * Recommending ongoing improvements to our online ordering tool, Prime, via information obtained through customer interaction * Assisting in website maintenance and new releases to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance * Collaborating with our BT Support team to monitor sites for broken links, outdated information, typos, and materials that can be archived * Assisting in testing and validating new enhancements to comply with issues or new business requests * Resolving requests for online support via incoming phone calls and through email customer support mailboxes * Serving as a resource to our CSR team members as a second-level expert (SME) **Organizational Relationships** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Admin-Clerical Support, you will primarily work with our Customer Service Management and BT Technology Resources teams. You will be an integral part of our online solutions support team, working closely with our internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. **Education and Experience** We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in customer service or business operations. Excellent computer skills, as well as communication skills, are essential for this role.
