**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and their customers. You will be responsible for providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts in a professional and courteous manner
* Utilizing our CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and provide follow-up support
* Adhering to company policies, procedures, and federal and state laws governing the industry
* Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

**Training and Development**
During your first two weeks of employment, you will participate in comprehensive training, Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm CST. Our training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to excel in your role.
