About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal disruption to the customer
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, providing accurate and helpful information
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records and data
- Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to continuous improvement and process enhancements
- Upsell products or services when required, identifying opportunities to add value to the customer and drive business growth
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred
- 18 years of age or older
- Proven call center experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Typing speed of 25 WPM, with proficient PC operation and navigation skills
- Entry-level network troubleshooting skills, with the ability to set up home Wi-Fi networks and configure routers or switches
- Core proficiency with laptop or desktop computers, with excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work independently, with strong listening skills and the ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:
- Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk tools
- Certifications in customer service, such as CCNA or CCNP
