**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Managing major business accounts and providing exceptional customer care to our Corporate Sales Team
* Providing order management and support, including preparation for electronic and manual order entry
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless account management
* Collaborating with the Corporate Sales Team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Utilizing discretion when working with confidential information
* Demonstrating strong customer service skills, including verbal and written communication, active listening, and problem-solving
* Processing a variety of orders, handling customer service requests, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
* Proficiency in using various tools and systems, including the Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console, Viewer System Console, Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce, and Customer Contact Tool
* Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptions
* Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization
* Proven ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building long-term relationships
* Ability to accommodate changing work schedules, including weekends and late hours during the holiday season
* Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines
* Extensive knowledge of order entry and customer service within CCS
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create reports
