**Key Responsibilities**
As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, your duties will include:
* Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
* Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and safety
* Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
* Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely and accurate processing
**Physical Demands**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking for up to five hours, and using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around. You may also be required to go up and down stairs (where applicable).

* Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units.

**Requirements**
* Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English.
* Ability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week.
