Our mission is to be Earth's most customer-centric company, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to help us achieve that goal. **Key Responsibilities** As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, your duties will include: * Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery * Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and safety * Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site * Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders * Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely and accurate processing **Physical Demands** As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking for up to five hours, and using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around. You may also be required to go up and down stairs (where applicable). **What it's Like to Work at arenaflex** * Safety: Your safety is our top priority, and we provide a safe working environment with protective gear and regular safety training. * Surroundings: You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers, and may be located in a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse. * Activity: You'll be on your feet for most of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages. * Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working environment. * Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to those in a grocery store. * Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety.
