As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on our customers' lives.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your duties will include:
* Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
* Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols
* Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
* Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing of packages
* Performing physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Standing and walking during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
* Going up and down stairs (where applicable)
* Being available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
