- Assist patients and caregivers in beginning the application and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
- Provide necessary documentation and requirements to the State Department of Health, patients' insurance, and patients' caregivers to ensure services will be authorized in a quick and efficient turn-around time
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, including empathy, active listening, and patience, to resolve issues and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Consistently meet monthly performance metrics, including creating cases and handling calls, to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Create high-quality cases without errors, using guides and ensuring accurate data, to maintain the highest standards of quality and excellence
Essential Qualifications
- Experience with telephonic sales, preferably in a home care or healthcare setting, with a proven track record of success and achievement
