Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service support to external customers, internal callers, and stakeholders via inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Manage and process a variety of orders, including electronic and manual order entry, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, account records, and order status, utilizing systems such as the Viewer System Console, Emailed Holds Report, and Holds Worker Console
- Utilize Salesforce to support management dashboard activities, customer contact tools, and other sales-related tasks
- Collaborate with the Corporate Sales Team to provide sales support, resolve customer complaints, and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Demonstrate a high level of discretion when working with confidential information, ensuring the security and integrity of customer data
- Accommodate changing work schedules, including weekends and late hours during peak periods, such as holidays
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informative support to customers
Essential Qualifications
