We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. This is a remote work opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $24/hour, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and is committed to providing high-quality service.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience in customer service. You should be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are also required. You should be authorized to work in the U.S. and be able to get proper airport authority as well as U.S. Customs security badges, if applicable.
While not essential, having bilingual language skills, working knowledge of Saber or other Passenger Service Systems, and previous face-to-face customer service experience would be an advantage. Experience working in a high-speed environment and knowledge of airport operations would also be beneficial.
