Our team is dedicated to harnessing the power of technology to drive positive change, and we're excited to have you join us on this journey. **What You'll Be Doing** As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer service operations, providing first-line support through phone, email, and digital channels to customers in the USA. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Offering first-line support to customers, aiming for 'first contact resolution' to handle queries quickly and effectively * Escalating complex issues to ensure timely resolution and following company and client guidelines * Maintaining accurate customer records, including reasons for contact, solutions provided, and relevant information * Fostering positive interactions with customers, ensuring they feel understood and supported * Providing efficient and productive support to meet agreed service levels (SLA) and contact centre KPIs * Participating in training and briefings to gain expertise and understand client and contact centre requirements * Adhering to all applicable policies and regulations, including client policies, EU legal frameworks, and local government regulations * Offering feedback and insights on areas that may lead to a poor customer experience * Embodying the values of arenaflex, ensuring they're reflected in your daily work **What Skills & Experience You'll Bring to Us** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Fluent English (C2 level), both written and spoken * A customer-first mindset, with a passion for helping people and solving problems * Technical proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new tools * Organizational and motivational skills, even in high-pressure situations * Eligibility to work in Spain **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * A starting date of 10th of February, 2025 * A temporary contract for 6 months * A competitive salary of 19,000€ gross per year * Full-time working hours (39 hours per week) with a rotating schedule (Monday – Sunday, 3 pm – 00 am, 5 days/week) * Two weekends off per month guaranteed * Fully paid training (1 week, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm) to prepare you for your role * 24 holiday days per year on a full-time basis * A hybrid working model * Location: Barcelona, Spain **Additional Benefits** As a member of our team, you'll also enjoy: * An Employee Assistance Program, offering free, confidential, and impartial guidance and support * The option to sign-up for discounted private health insurance * A Referral Program, with a referral bonus for successful referrals * Access to specialized LinkedIn training courses * Employee Benefits Club, offering a wide range of exclusive perks and rewards * Best-in-class people engagement activities and programs * Ongoing training and development opportunities to cultivate a new and exciting career in a high-growth environment **About Us** At arenaflex, we believe in fostering a culture of care, curiosity, and achieving together.
