**The Role**
As a Customer Sales Executive - Part Time - Remote, you will be responsible for engaging with our customers, providing exceptional service and support, and exploring additional requirements to meet their needs. You will be working closely with our teams to ensure that quality and accuracy are maintained throughout the customer journey.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Managing and converting lead-generated inbound calls
* Being a product expert and brand ambassador, signposting customers to their personalized sales solutions
* Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets
* Up-selling additional products and services
* Existing customer engagement and service management
* Being a role model within the team & showcasing the five arenaflex values
* Actively looking at new ways to improve the customer journey
**Requirements:**
* A genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic, and attentive to our customers' needs
* Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and achieve targets
* Previous experience in a telephone-based sales role and working remotely
* A customer-centric mindset, highly organized, and a good level of education
* Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is advantageous
