You will be the go-to person for customers seeking advice on plant selection, troubleshooting issues with their shipments, and providing exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Relationship Representative, your typical day might include:
* Helping customers pick out plants for their gardens over the phone
* Ordering replacement plants for customers with issues with their shipment
* Responding to customer reviews to sustain trust in our brand
* Answering general customer questions on our product pages
* Utilizing Salesforce, the #1 software for CRM and statistical data reporting, to track and document customer interactions
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role or similar position
* Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office
* Salesforce experience is a plus, but not necessary
* Relevant college coursework preferred
* A positive and grateful attitude, with a genuine care for each customer and their experience with our brand
* The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer systems, company-specific computer programs, and other new technology
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with gardening or horticulture
* Familiarity with eCommerce and online sales
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Starting hourly rate: $16.50
* Flexible scheduling: Part-time seasonal (Friday through Tuesday, 9:30am to 2:00pm) or Full-time seasonal (Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm)
