Join us on this exciting journey and help us reach new heights! **Your Role: Customer Happiness Manager** As a Customer Happiness Manager on our Americas Remote Team, you'll be part of a talented group of 8 professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to authors, creative publishing professionals, and optimize conversion rates.
