**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Strategist to join our team on a part-time basis, approximately 8-20 hours per week (average of about 15 hours per week), through early 2025. This role will require a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand building principles. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of communications plans, channel briefs, and creative asset ecosystems, ensuring seamless alignment with our brand vision and goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support the development of comprehensive communications plans that drive customer engagement and loyalty
* Create and manage channel briefs for social and digital creative, ensuring alignment with media plans and platform best practices
* Review and approve creative assets to ensure they meet brand standards and platform requirements
* Develop and maintain an omnichannel asset ecosystem document, mapping creative assets to audiences across the customer journey
* Consult on and contribute to briefs for various digital marketing channels, including social media, digital display, website, email, app engagement, and more
**How You'll Excel in Your Role**
To succeed in this position, you will require:
* 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media strategy, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer engagement
* A deep understanding of basic principles of brand building and measurement, including brand trackers, audience segmentation, category dynamics, and principles of growth
* Availability for meetings in the PST timezone
* The ability to contribute independently to the requirements outlined above, with minimal oversight and training
* A clear, competent, and confidence-inspiring communication style
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Proven experience in digital marketing and/or social media strategy
* Strong understanding of brand building principles and measurement
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
