About the Role and Team

The Customer Experience organization at blithequark is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience Strategy ecosystem, you will play a vital role in supporting various responsibilities with a primary focus on overall program management and delivery of CX-focused technology improvements. Reporting to the Senior Manager Customer Experience Strategy, you will be responsible for driving the customer experience roadmap forward, establishing and delivering on key achievements, and coordinating projects across multiple partner teams.
