**Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for:
* **Client Experience (25%):**
+ Drive client assistance and partner commitment; mentor Partners on appropriate client care procedures and guarantee group is giving the most elevated level of client assistance.
