Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Being proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products and services - Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners - Educating and referring customers to other areas of arenaflex to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership - Adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk - Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation to drive business results and customer satisfaction - Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and drive business objectives Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in customer service and sales, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
