**The Role**
As a Customer Engineer (Power Platform) at arenaflex, you'll work with customers to design and develop tailored Power Apps solutions. You'll be responsible for:
* Focusing on governance strategies and best practices for creating Power Apps
* Collaborating with customers to design and develop tailored Power Apps solutions
* Providing guidance on Power Platform governance strategies and controls
* Configuring and optimizing solutions within Power Apps Studio and Power Platform Admin Center
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues in existing Power Apps and related technologies
* Developing and implementing governance strategies tailored to organizational needs
**The Ideal Candidate**
We're looking for a seasoned professional with:
* 4-8 years of technical knowledge in Power Platform governance, administration, and development
* A bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience
* Advanced skills in navigating and configuring the Power Platform Admin Center and Center of Excellence starter kit
* Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Power Platform technologies
* Intermediate to expert level experience in Power Platform solutions
* Proven ability to work independently with strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Comfort in presenting complex information to clients and influencing decisions effectively
