As a Customer Business Lead, you'll work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both arenaflex and the customer. Our company culture is built on a foundation of collaboration, creativity, and a passion for snacking. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Business Lead, you'll be responsible for: * Direct selling responsibility for Cookie/Cracker, Confections, and Bars portfolios for multiple arenaflex regions * Owning customer relationships, working in partnership with customers and internal cross-functional counterparts to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both arenaflex and the customer * Driving customer relationships across functions, including Buyers, replenishment, shopper marketing, and ecommerce * Developing, negotiating, and executing in-year and long-term strategies with customer regional buyers * Owning revenue planning, trade planning, sales forecasting, and the execution of commercial strategies to deliver annual objectives * Influencing continuous product development by collaborating with internal cross-functional business teams, including sales planning, category development, RGM, supply chain, ecommerce, shopper marketing, and insights * Analyzing syndicated data, member data, research, and industry trends to create business cases for product and execution solutions that lead the future * Owning the P&L to ensure the delivery of arenaflex financial goals and market share gains * Actively ensuring precision and consistency with monthly, quarterly, annual internal & external deliverables **What You'll Bring** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career * A minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer-facing CPG sales role with proven selling/negotiating experience; HQ Selling experience a plus * Understanding of product commercialization processes * Ability to leverage customer-specific data, including syndicated, Costco IRI, and consumer research, to drive business results * Customer focus and attention to detail * Experience with customer trade negotiations * Understanding and driving action through the lens of a customer P&L **What We Offer** As a Customer Business Lead at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $134,200 to $184,450, depending on experience, skills, education, and budget.
