As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt, accurate, and objective responses to written inquiries. This is a remote opportunity with a hybrid schedule, allowing you to work from home after completing an 8-week training period.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Utilize data entry and typing skills to accurately capture and record customer information
* Collaborate with our team to provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services
* Provide exceptional customer service through clear and concise verbal and written communication
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft suite
* Detail-oriented
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
